
Rubin & Co. LLP acts as a neutral third-party service provider to receive complaints, including those relating to harassment and discrimination, on behalf of public and private sector organizations. We perform all intake-related tasks, including monitoring dedicated intake channels, obtaining information from complainants, and preparing threshold assessments and/or complaint summaries to help the client organization make decisions.
We provide similar services, with necessary modifications, for the confidential receipt of whistleblower reports.
As experienced neutral interviewers, we also conduct exit interviews on behalf of organizations, especially for senior employees or when an exit occurs in the context of a volatile situation.
