Prior to her current appointment, Roshien held the position of Chief Financial Officer, where she acted as a primary strategic advisor to the partnership group on fiscal health and organizational risk. Her professional background also includes serving as a Director at a preeminent organization dedicated to providing professional development on workplace law and labour relations across Canada.
Roshien's leadership is defined by the implementation of scalable, compliant frameworks that drive business sustainability and firm-wide efficiency. She holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Finance from Dalhousie University, Rowe School of Business.
